Experience : 4–8 Years (Creative / Digital Agency Background Preferred)

About the Role

We’re looking for a dynamic and detail-oriented Client Servicing Manager to act as the bridge between clients and our internal creative, digital, and performance teams. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of brand communication, digital marketing, and campaign management, along with excellent presentation and relationship-building skills.

Key Responsibilities

Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring clear communication and strong relationships.

Understand client goals, brand tone, and business objectives to translate them into actionable creative and digital strategies.

Prepare and deliver high-quality presentations and campaign proposals with storytelling flair and strong visual appeal.

Collaborate with internal teams (creative, content, strategy, media, design, tech) to ensure timely delivery and quality output.

Monitor project progress, timelines, and budgets to maintain accountability and client satisfaction.

Develop monthly and quarterly business reviews (QBRs) to showcase performance and strategic insights.

Identify up-selling / cross-selling opportunities within existing accounts.

Keep up with industry trends, competitor activities, and new marketing innovations.

Required Skills

Strong communication, articulation, and interpersonal skills.

Proficiency in PowerPoint, Keynote, or Google Slides for impactful presentations.

Knowledge of digital marketing platforms (Meta, Google, , YouTube, Influencer Marketing, etc.)

Strategic thinking and ability to align creative concepts with business goals.

Exceptional organizational and multitasking abilities.

Experience in handling FMCG, lifestyle, or consumer brands is an advantage.

Qualifications

Graduate or Postgraduate in Marketing, Advertising, Communication, or a related field.

4–8 years of client servicing experience in a digital or creative agency environment.
