UX / UI Designer - Figma / Sketch / Adobe XD

Responsibilities :

• Lead end-to-end design efforts from research, wireframes, and prototypes to polished UI for production.
• Partner with product managers and engineers to translate business and user needs into simple, effective design solutions.
• Define user journeys, information architecture, and interaction models for core product experiences.
• Create and maintain design systems, component libraries, and style guides for scalable, consistent product development.
• Conduct user research, usability testing, and feedback loops to validate and improve design decisions.
• Collaborate with engineering teams to ensure designs are implemented accurately and efficiently.
• Uphold design quality standards across all visual and interactive touchpoints.
• Advocate for accessibility, performance, and user-centered design principles.
