Job Summary :

Looking for dynamic professionals with experience in Business Development, Site Acquisition, or Retail Expansion (QSR / Retail / Hospitality) to drive new store growth. The role involves identifying prime retail properties, negotiating leases, and managing the end-to-end site acquisition process while maintaining strong relationships with brokers, developers, and landlords.

Key Responsibilities

Site Identification & Evaluation

Identify, evaluate, and acquire prime retail properties for new store expansion.

Conduct market research, feasibility studies, and competition mapping.

End-to-End Site Acquisition

Manage the complete site acquisition lifecycle—site shortlisting, due diligence, financial analysis, lease negotiation, documentation, and handover for store launch.

Coordinate with legal, projects, finance, and operations teams for seamless execution.

Stakeholder & Relationship Management

Build and maintain strong networks with brokers, landowners, developers, IPCs, and retail real-estate partners.

Ensure a strong pipeline of potential sites aligned with expansion strategy.

Expansion Strategy & Reporting

Support yearly expansion plans and drive aggressive store rollout.

Prepare accurate reports, dashboards, and site-wise ROI projections for management review.

Required Experience & Skills

5–12 years of experience in BD, Site Acquisition, or Retail Expansion (QSR / Retail / Hospitality preferred).

Strong negotiation, analytical, and real-estate assessment skills.

Excellent networking capability in Delhi / NCR retail real estate market.

Ability to manage multiple projects with tight timelines.

Strong communication, stakeholder management, and reporting skills.
