Job Title : Workfront Senior Consultant
Location : PAN India
Desired Experience Range : 12 to 18 Years
Required Technical Skillset : 4 to 6 Years in Workfront
Desired Competencies
- Hands-on experience delivering Adobe Workfront or marketing operations solutions
including Workfront Fusion based integrations in large organizations and agencies for domains such as Pharma, CPG, Retail, Banking & Finance.
Strong understanding of marketing workflows, media production, and creative processes across the end-to-end content supply chain.Skilled in designing processes, setting governance frameworks and managing change effectively.Familiar with Adobe tools like AEM, Marketo, Creative Cloud, Fusion, GenStudio, Analytics, and related DAM platformAble to link day-to-day tasks with big-picture goals and business transformation.Excellent at engaging stakeholders and influencing decisions at all levels.Curious, adaptable, and committed to continuous improvement.Responsibility of / Expectations from the Role
The Senior Workfront Consultant leads the design and optimization of Adobe Workfront
solutions to streamline marketing and creative operations. This role blends platform
expertise with knowledge of workflows and content supply chains, while leveraging AI and
GenAI to automate processes and accelerate delivery. It ensures seamless integration
across enterprise systems, drives adoption through training and change leadership, and
delivers data-driven insights for smarter planning and execution.
Stay updated on marketing operations trends and AI-driven efficiency.Suggest new ideas and tools to improve results.Turn marketing and business needs into easy-to-use Workfront structures anddelivery frameworks that support governance and speed.
Set up and optimize Workfront and its integrations (Creative Cloud, AEM, Fusion,GenStudio) to make processes faster and more transparent.
Connect Workfront with other enterprise systems for smooth flow of briefs, assets,and insights.
Find ways to simplify, automate, and standardize processes across teams to savetime and improve efficiency.
Track how Workfront is used, improve workflows, and create dashboards that giveleaders clear performance insights.
Work closely with marketing, PMO, and digital teams to make sure Workfrontsupports business goals and builds trust across the delivery chain.
Provide training and guidance so teams feel confident and consistent in usingWorkfront.
