Oracle Fusion HCM - Functional / Techno Functional

We are looking for a minimum of 5 up to 18 years’ experience in Oracle Fusion HCM Technical / Functional or Techno Functional Consultant with excellent communication & expertise in HCM Modules such as Core HR, Absence, Payroll, Talent Management, Recruitment Cloud, Time & Labor, Health & Safety, Security, Benefit and HR Help Desk (at least 3 modules working experience is mandatory).

Skills & Qualifications :

Hands-on experience working on Fusion & exposure to EBS.

Should know Process Flow, Set-up Knowledge and Common Solutions to Modules Known in HCM.

HCM Functional consultant should have experience in any 3 modules.

Core HR \ Absence Management \ Payroll \ Talent Management \ Time & Labor \ Health & Safety or HR Help Desk.

In Technical side should have expertise in Oracle HCM Cloud tools such as HCM Extracts, HDL, HSDL, BI Publisher, OTBI, Application Security, Workflows, Fast Formula, Page Customizations & Extensions.

Expertise in Writing / Debugging Oracle HCM Absence, Compensation, Payroll HCM Extracts Fast Formula

Possess strong experience in Oracle Fusion HCM Cloud.

Should have a Knowledge on SQL, Data Migration and Customization.

Excellent communication & Interpersonal Skills.

The Ideal candidate should be able to provide strong leadership to develop best practices for effective Techno functional support for the enterprise business process area.
