SO Technical Analyst & Implementor

This role supports MyAdvice’s broader Search Optimization strategy by ensuring that technical issues—ranging from Core Web Vitals to structured data—are addressed directly in WordPress , without handoffs to separate support or development teams.

This is a hands-on, execution-focused position.

Candidates must be highly proficient in WordPress site administration and customization, with the ability to audit websites using SEO tools and correct issues autonomously.

Analysts will also collaborate closely with Content Analysts and the Search Manager to maintain alignment across technical and content SEO efforts.

Essential Responsibilities Technical SEO Identification Conduct in-depth technical audits using tools such as Lumar , Screaming Frog , and Google Search Console to uncover site health issues (e.g., broken links, missing tags, crawl errors, duplicate content).

• Monitor SEO health indicators such as Core Web Vitals, Lighthouse scores, schema presence, indexing issues, and site architecture.
• Identify and document areas for technical improvement aligned with MyAdvice’s SEO framework (AI-readiness, structured clarity, and topical completeness).
• WordPress Implementation Directly implement all identified technical SEO fixes in WordPress, including :   Meta tag optimization (titles, descriptions, alt text)   Page speed and CWV improvements (FCP, LCP optimizations)   Internal linking corrections and redirects   Sitemap and robots.txt updates   Schema markup and FAQ plugin usage   Ensure all technical changes align with development best practices and are deployed without disrupting content structure or user experience.
• Collaboration & Strategy Support Communicate progress, blockers, and implementation outcomes to the Search Manager regularly.
• Partner with Content Analysts to support coordinated on-page SEO enhancements.
• Contribute to internal documentation and process improvement around SEO implementation workflows.

Required Skills & Experience 3–5 years of hands-on technical SEO experience , including implementation responsibilities   Expertise in WordPress , including admin interface and theme-level updates (GeneratePress, Astra, Beaver Builder, etc.)   Strong working knowledge of :   Google Search Console   Google Analytics 4 (GA4)   Google Tag Manager   Lumar , Screaming Frog , Ahrefs , SEMRush   PageSpeed Insights / Lighthouse   Basic front-end development skills ( HTML , CSS ) required   Experience improving Core Web Vitals and passing Lighthouse audits   Ability to manage a large volume of client sites and technical issues in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment   Excellent written and verbal English communication skills   Preferred Qualifications Prior experience in an agency or multi-site environment   Familiarity with structured data (JSON-LD), schema.org, and FAQ implementation   GA4 and GSC certifications   Experience using a ticketing system (e.g., Zendesk) for tracking requests   Position Details Position Type : Full-time   Schedule : 9-hour shift (3 PM–12 AM IST including a 1-hour break)   Compensation : Based on experience   Work Location : Remote (India)   Reporting To : Search Manager   About MyAdvice "We will chase perfection, and we will chase it relentlessly, knowing all the while we can never attain it.
