Role Description

This is an on-site, full-time role for a Sales & Operations Associate located in CSEZ Ernakulam. The Sales & Operations Associate will handle day-to-day sales operations, coordinate with customers to ensure their needs are met, and manage the operational processes to maintain efficiency. Tasks will include handling customer inquiries, processing orders, managing inventory, and supporting the sales team with data analysis and reporting. Effective communication and collaboration with different departments to achieve business goals is essential.

Qualifications

• Operational skills for managing processes and ensuring efficiency
• Excellent Interpersonal Skills and Customer Service abilities
• Strong Analytical Skills for data analysis and reporting
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Proven experience in a relevant field is advantageous
• Bachelor's degree / MBA in Business Administration, Management, or a related field is preferred
