Talent Acquisition Specialist

Role Description (Salary Range : ₹25,000 to ₹35,000 per month, based on skills and experience)

We are seeking a Talent Acquisition Specialist for a full-time, on-site role based in Ahmedabad. The Talent Acquisition Specialist will be responsible for managing the full lifecycle of recruitment, including sourcing and hiring qualified candidates. In addition, the role involves enhancing employer branding, coordinating interviews, building a talent pipeline, and implementing recruitment strategies to attract top talent. The Specialist will work closely with hiring managers to meet staffing needs and support organizational growth.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Full-life Cycle Recruiting and Recruiting processes
• Experience in Hiring and Interviewing candidates effectively
• Strong skills in Employer Branding and developing recruitment strategies
• Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work collaboratively with teams and adapt to a dynamic environment
• Familiarity with HR software and applicant tracking systems is a plus
• Relevant bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
