ROLE :

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Senior HR Executive(8+years) to join our growing HR team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for leading various HR functions with a focus on Recruitment, Core HR activities, Compliance, Statutory, Employee Training and the Development of HR Strategies.

• Lead recruitment efforts for embedded system engineers and technical roles within hardware / software integration fields.
• Work closely with technical teams to understand job requirements, ensure candidates meet qualifications, and conduct technical assessments.
• Build and maintain a talent pipeline for positions to meet the company's staffing needs.
• Build relationships with specialized technical training institutions to attract top embedded talent.
• Handle Statutory & Compliance requirements (PF, ESI, Gratuity, Shops & Establishment, Labour Laws).
• Support HRIS updates, reports and data accuracy. (Very good in MS Excel)
• Manage employee lifecycle processes, including onboarding, performance management, promotions, and terminations.
• Assess training needs and develop programs to enhance employee skills, knowledge, and productivity.
• Collaborate with leadership to define and execute HR strategies that support organizational goals and objectives.
• Implement employee retention strategies and succession planning programs.
• Contribute to the development of a high-performance culture by driving initiatives focused on diversity, inclusion, and employee wellness.
