About the Role -

Job Description –

• Responsible for service delivery and SLA adherence based on client contractual requirements and federal / state law.
• Plan and manage day to day team responsibilities.
• Audit delivery from each team member on regular basis. Ensure quality assurance at all times.
• Coach and Develop team members and ensure continuous improvement.
• Analyze current process and make recommendations to improve accuracy and efficiency.
• Work with cross functional team across locations. Document best practices to ensure smooth flow of processes.
• Conduct weekly reviews with team. Identify hits, misses, and action items.
• Respond to queries / complaints / requests on a regular basis. Ensure high degree of employee satisfaction at all times.
• Act as first point of escalation for all internal and external stakeholders.
• Maintain and distribute daily reports, issues logs, etc. Hire and train new team members in the team
