Role Overview :

We are looking for a skilled IBM Business Automation Workflow (BAW) Developer to design, develop, and implement workflow solutions that streamline business processes. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with IBM BAW, BPM concepts, and integration with enterprise systems.

Key Responsibilities :

• Design and develop workflow solutions using IBM Business Automation Workflow .
• Analyze business requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
• Configure and customize BAW components, including process apps, coaches, and services .
• Integrate BAW with external systems using REST / SOAP APIs and other connectors.
• Perform unit testing, debugging, and deployment of workflow applications.
• Collaborate with business analysts, architects, and QA teams to ensure quality delivery.
• Provide production support and troubleshoot workflow-related issues.
