Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for a Vice President of Business Development, located in Faridabad, with occasional work-from-home flexibility. The primary responsibilities include identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, developing actionable business plans, leading sales initiatives, and managing key accounts. Additionally, the role involves negotiating contracts, fostering client relationships, and ensuring alignment with the organization's sustainability goals.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in New Business Development and Business Planning
• Strong skills in Contract Negotiation and Sales
• Expertise in Account Management and fostering long-term client relationships
• Strategic thinking and the ability to align business growth with sustainability objectives
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with leadership experience
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, Sustainability, or a related field
• Experience in the sustainability or green business domain is a plus
