About the Role :

• Provide administrative and analytical support to the sales and operations teams, aiding in the optimization of our processes and customer engagement strategies.
• Assist in the development and maintenance of reports and dashboards, offering insights into customer interactions and operational efficiency.
• Collaborate with team members to improve internal communication and streamline response procedures.
• Maintain a comprehensive understanding of our products and services to accurately address customer inquiries and support sales activities.
• Participate in team meetings, providing updates and feedback on email interactions and customer trends.
