Role Description
This is a full-time remote position for a CRM Manager. The CRM Manager will be responsible for developing and managing customer relationship strategies, optimizing the CRM platform, and segmenting customer data to enhance client engagement. Additional responsibilities include analyzing data to provide actionable insights, managing CRM-related projects, and collaborating with sales and marketing teams to support business objectives.
