Responsibilities :
- Use various sourcing techniques, including job boards, social media, and professional networks, to identify potential candidates.
- Review resumes and applications, conduct initial phone screens, and assess candidates' qualifications and fit for the organization.
- Schedule and coordinate interviews, and communicate with candidates to ensure a positive candidate experience.
- Collaborate with HR and hiring managers to facilitate the smooth onboarding process for new hires.
- Maintain and update the candidate database and create talent pools for future hiring needs.
- Provide regular updates and reports on recruitment metrics and the status of open positions.
- Support employer branding efforts to attract and engage potential candidates.
Requirements :
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field (or equivalent experience).Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal.Excellent organizational and time management abilities.Detail-oriented and able to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.Understanding of employment laws and regulations.Proactive and able to work independently and as part of a team.High level of integrity and professionalism.
