We create precision-tailored garments for premium clients worldwide, and we are looking for an Operations Lead who can elevate our production, quality, and client delivery standards.

Role Overview

The Operations & Production Lead is not a manager, instead you are a skilled leader who can guide, mentor, and also step in hands-on wherever required. You will oversee production, quality, creative handovers, tech coordination, logistics, and team culture, ensuring every part of the pipeline runs with efficiency, precision, and luxury-level quality.

Key Responsibilities

A. Production & Quality

Oversee daily operations including measurements, tailoring, fittings, and quality assurance.

Lead and manage tailors, pattern masters, and finishing teams with a hands-on leadership style.

Ensure every garment meets international luxury craftsmanship standards.

Maintain and enhance the fabric library; oversee supplier relations to ensure high quality, better margins, and improved delivery timelines.

Step in where required to support or execute core production tasks when needed.

B. Creative Operations & Private Styling Support

Deep understanding of Western luxury silhouettes, garment construction, body proportions, and cuts.

Collaborate with stylists to create clean and detailed internal handover packs for each client.

Manage the full production lifecycle from intake to final output, ensuring timely execution.

C. Tech Coordination

Ensure that tech tools, internal systems, and customer-facing platforms run smoothly for operations and client ordering.

Manage India-based developers : raise bugs, ensure quick fixes, and maintain workflow continuity.

Escalate technical bottlenecks proactively to prevent delays in global delivery pipelines.

D. Logistics & Customer Delivery

Oversee dry cleaning, pressing, packaging, and all pre-dispatch processes.

Manage dispatch workflows including final QA checks before garments leave the studio.

Coordinate shipping globally ensuring accurate, timely, and premium-order delivery.

E. Team Culture & Leadership

Build a fast-moving, globally aligned, quality-obsessed culture.

Develop and train young talent (NIFT / NIFD freshers), mentoring them into strong performers.

Create process-driven workflows that scale as the brand grows.

Encourage collaboration, discipline, and celebrate wins across the team.
