Key Responsibilities

Product & User Documentation

• Create and maintain comprehensive documentation for :
• Product specifications and feature descriptions
• User manuals / Operator manuals
• Service manuals and maintenance guides
• Troubleshooting guides and quick reference materials
• Translate complex technical and clinical concepts into clear, concise, and accessible content for diverse audiences including radiologists, technicians, IT administrators, and hospital staff.
• Develop graphics, diagrams, and visual aids to support written content.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with R&D, software engineering, and UX teams to gather information and ensure documentation accuracy.
• Manage version control and updates for documentation across product releases.
• Contribute to content strategy for digital delivery including web-based help systems, e-learning modules, and interactive guides.
