Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site position based in the Mohali district for a HubSpot Operations Head. You will oversee the strategic and operational management of HubSpot processes, ensuring smooth implementation and integration for clients. Your day-to-day tasks will include optimizing workflows, analyzing platform performance, managing and mentoring a team of skilled professionals, developing operational strategies, and maintaining efficient project execution while ensuring alignment with client objectives and budgets.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in Operations Management and expertise with CRM platforms, particularly HubSpot.
• Strong Analytical Skills to assess and improve processes and derive actionable insights from performance metrics.
• Ability to lead, manage, and mentor teams effectively, promoting collaboration and productivity.
• Excellent Communication skills for management, team coordination, and client interaction.
• Proficiency in Budgeting and resource planning to ensure project alignment with financial objectives.
• Problem-solving orientation with a proactive approach to challenges in operations and CRM processes.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field; an advanced degree is a plus.
• Previous experience in digital marketing or CRM-focused industries is advantageous.
• Complete exposure of HubSpot Ecosystem.
• Experience with Demo calls.
• Experience with Third-party integrations.
• Proven experience with reporting dashboards.
