Role Description
We are hiring a
Founder’s Office – Growth & Relations Lead
for a full-time hybrid role based in Mumbai, with flexibility for partial remote work.
This is a high-impact, founder-facing position where you will work directly with the Founder and leadership team to support strategic growth initiatives, strengthen external relationships, and coordinate cross-functional activities.
Your responsibilities will include :
Driving growth initiatives and identifying new business opportunities
Preparing business proposals, decks, and client documents
Supporting the founder in meetings and communication follow-ups
Managing and nurturing key client relationships
Performing market research and competitive analysis
Coordinating internal projects and cross-team tasks
Assisting in outreach efforts and partnership development
Supporting operational improvements and day-to-day execution
