INSTRUCTIONAL DESIGNER (Hybrid Mode - Work from Bangalore Office)
The Instructional Designer plays a pivotal role in designing and delivering high-quality technical training programs that support the learning needs of internal teams and external customers. The Instructional Designer will develop and manage training content—including e-learning modules, guides, and assessments—while collaborating with subject matter experts and cross-functional teams. Their work ensures training is delivered on time, aligns with business goals, and meets the growing demand for scalable, engaging learning experiences.
Duties / Responsibilities
Project execution – Apply instructional design principles and project management skills to create impactful training modules that align with organizational goals and learner needs.
Team management - Mentor junior instructional designers and delegate tasks based on individual strengths and project requirements to ensure efficient content development.
Learning Engagement – Serve as the primary point of contact for training design-related queries. Collaborate with stakeholders to understand product features, training objectives, and learner needs, ensuring the delivery of relevant and engaging learning experiences.

Education And Experience
Undergraduate or Postgraduate or Engineering in Computer Science.
2-3 Years Of Related Experience Required.
Instructional design credentials or certification is a plus.
This position is based at Bangalore and would be required to be working from Bangalore office in Hybrid mode (twice a week).
