Role Description

At Shop Pros, we’re seeking a Retail Concept Designer with exceptional creative energy and a strong conceptual mindset. Someone who lives and breathes design thinking, leads with vision, and is excited about redefining how people shop and connect with brands — ideally someone who has shaped retail experiences across multiple categories and brand voices , especially within a retail design agency or consultancy environment .

Important : This role is focused on the design of physical retail stores . Apply only if you can share a portfolio demonstrating conceptual thinking and creativity in spatial retail design .

Responsibities

• Spearhead the creation of original retail design concepts — from brand immersion to spatial storytelling .
• Develop mood boards, customer journeys, and schematic layouts that bring brands to life.
• Translate strategy into engaging, multi-sensory retail environments balancing aesthetics and functionality.
• Present creative concepts clearly and persuasively to internal teams and clients.
• Mentor junior designers on design intent and creative execution .
• Collaborate with graphic, VM, and technical teams to ensure holistic delivery of the vision.
