Key responsibilities

End-to-end loan operations

Workflow management :  Lead the entire loan lifecycle for personal and digital products, which includes onboarding, processing, disbursement, servicing, and closure.

• KYC and fraud :  Oversee Know Your Customer (KYC) validation and implement fraud prevention strategies within the digital loan process.
• Compliance and auditing :  Ensure that all operational processes adhere to regulatory guidelines, especially those related to digital lending and co-lending frameworks. Coordinate with internal and external audit teams for periodic reviews.

Co-lending and partnership management

Daily operations :  Drive daily operations for co-lending models, managing fund flow between your institution, partner banks, and escrow accounts.
