Project Manager the Role

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead and execute end-to-end factory setup projects, including all associated regulatory licensing in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.

The ideal candidate will possess deep knowledge of government procedures, industrial regulations, and compliance frameworks aligned with Saudi Vision 2030.

This role requires strong cross-functional leadership, stakeholder management, and the ability to serve as the key liaison between government authorities, clients, and internal teams.

Key Leadership & Execution

• Lead, plan, and manage complete lifecycle of factory setup projectsfrom site selection, documentation, regulatory submissions, and licensing to final approvals.
• Develop project roadmaps, allocate resources, and monitor progress to ensure on-time and compliant delivery.
• Coordinate with engineering, legal, compliance, and external consultants to ensure accurate submission of documents to relevant ministries and authorities.
