Dynamics 365 Technical Architect

Key Responsibilities

• Develop advanced X++ custom logic for Dynamics 365 Finance and HR modules.
• Build complex functionality such as payroll posting logic , HR service request automation , and financial process automation .
• Integrate external systems (Payroll, Attendance, HRMS, etc.) using APIs, OData services, and Azure Logic Apps .
• Develop and maintain SSRS reports and support Power BI data modeling and analytics.
• Troubleshoot system issues, perform performance optimization, and ensure upgrade-safe development .
• Customize forms, workflows, security roles, automation rules , and other system components.
• Use Azure DevOps for version control, branching, CI / CD pipelines, deployments, and code reviews.
• Work with SQL, JavaScript, CRM SDK , and related technologies as needed.
• Collaborate closely with functional consultants and business stakeholders to translate requirements into technical solutions.
