Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Senior Business Development - Equity RM, located in Aurangabad. The role involves driving business development initiatives, generating and managing leads, conducting market research, maintaining strong customer relationships, and delivering excellent customer service. The individual will work towards achieving financial goals by driving sales and developing strategies to expand client portfolios.

Qualifications

• Strong Analytical Skills to assess market trends and develop data-driven strategies
• Excellent Communication skills, both written and verbal, for client interaction and team collaboration
• Proficiency in Lead Generation and Market Research to identify and acquire potential clients
• Customer Service skills to build and maintain lasting client relationships
• Proven ability to meet sales targets and grow business portfolios
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, or a related field is preferred
• Experience in financial services, equities, or a related domain is a plus
