Role Description

We are hiring a Founder’s Office – Growth & Relations Lead for a full-time hybrid role based in Mumbai, with flexibility for partial remote work.

This is a high-impact, founder-facing position where you will work directly with the Founder and leadership team to support strategic growth initiatives, strengthen external relationships, and coordinate cross-functional activities.

Your responsibilities will include :

  • Driving growth initiatives and identifying new business opportunities
  • Preparing business proposals, decks, and client documents
  • Supporting the founder in meetings and communication follow-ups
  • Managing and nurturing key client relationships
  • Performing market research and competitive analysis
  • Coordinating internal projects and cross-team tasks
  • Assisting in outreach efforts and partnership development
  • Supporting operational improvements and day-to-day execution

This role is ideal for someone who is proactive, analytical, well-spoken, and eager to grow alongside a fast-scaling AI company.

Qualifications

We are looking for a candidate with :

  • Strong skills in Business Development , Strategic Growth , and Relationship Management
  • Experience or interest in market analysis , problem-solving , and decision-making
  • Excellent communication , presentation , and negotiation skills
  • Proven ability in project management and process improvement
  • Basic exposure to coding or data analysis is a plus
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration , Management , Marketing , or related fields
  • A strong desire to work in a startup environment and learn modern, technology-driven business models
