Mission

As our next Social Media Handler, you will be the digital voice and face of AMCI Edtech Pvt. Ltd. — managing our presence across platforms like Instagram, Facebook, WhatsApp, LinkedIn, Twitter and more. From our Edtech and NGO verticals to our Hindi-speaking client base, you’ll create compelling content that builds awareness, fosters engagement, and drives impact.

You will leverage the latest AI tools and social media trends to craft creative, multilingual campaigns (English & Hindi), collaborate with influencers, and support our growing community of learners, educators, and social partners.

What You’ll Do

• Manage and grow the brand presence across all social media platforms
• Create, schedule, and publish engaging content — posts, stories, reels, videos (in both Hindi & English)
• Interact with followers via comments, DMs, and groups to build community trust
• Plan and execute campaigns aligned with marketing, educational, and social goals
• Collaborate with NGOs and socially-driven initiatives for impact-focused content
• Identify, onboard, and manage influencers for organic reach and authentic storytelling
• Use AI tools to ideate content, track analytics, and optimise performance
• Coordinate with design, product, and marketing teams for cohesive communication
• Monitor trends, competitor activities, and audience preferences to stay ahead
