Role Overview
You will handle fresh, hot leads from paid ads (FB / IG / Google) and convert them into qualified site visits and bookings through strong communication, fast response, and consistent follow-ups.
This is a high-volume, target-driven telesales role with excellent incentives.
Key Responsibilities
Respond instantly to live leads from digital campaigns (speed-to-lead <
2 mins).
Call, explain project USPs, and pitch effectively.
Build trust and engage customers through WhatsApp & phone conversations.
Schedule and coordinate project site visits with the field sales team.
Maintain CRM records, follow-ups, next actions, and tagging.
Share feedback on lead quality to the marketing team.
Achieve weekly and monthly targets for site visits & closures.
Candidate Profile
1–5 years of telesales / inside sales experience (Real Estate preferred).
Strong communication skills in English, Hindi & Marathi.
Confidence in handling high call volumes and objections.
Target-oriented and self-motivated personality.
Basic understanding of real estate sales is an added advantage.
