Position Mission :
The Pay & Bill Manager will oversee the complete pay and bill process for UK healthcare clients, ensuring timely and accurate payroll and invoicing in compliance with UK legislation and client requirements. This role requires strong hands-on experience with Merit Sage 200 , Microsoft Excel , and a solid understanding of VMS / MSP healthcare portals .
The ideal candidate will have a background in healthcare payroll management and be confident handling complex data, reconciliations, and communications with clients, suppliers, and internal teams.
