Position :

Real Estate Sales Professional

Type : Full-time, On-site

Primary Location : Alibaug

Requirement :

Must be open to staying back in Alibaug based on project needs

Experience : Minimum

Languages : Fluency in

English, Marathi, and Hindi

Key Responsibilities

Handle customer inquiries and deliver accurate project presentations

Conduct property tours, sample flat showings, and client meetings

Follow up with prospective buyers and maintain strong relationships

Use basic CRM tools for tracking leads and managing follow-ups

Support achievement of sales targets through proactive engagement

Qualifications & Skills

Minimum 5+ years of successful real estate sales experience

Strong communication, negotiation, and customer service abilities

Smart, ambitious, target-driven, and capable of working independently

Knowledge of

Mumbai & Alibaug

real estate markets is an advantage
