Inviting applications for the role of Assistant Vice President, Shrinkage Analytics / Loss Prevention Analytics Leader!

In this role, the incumbent will be responsible for analyzing, identifying, and mitigating retail shrinkage from data-driven perspectives. The incumbent will use predictive modeling, machine learning, and loss prevention methodologies to optimize operational efficiency and protect revenue. This role requires combining deep analytical capabilities with practical shrinkage prevention strategies to deliver measurable improvements in shrinkage performance

Responsibilities

• Analyzing POS transactional data, inventory discrepancies to detect shrink patterns and potential shrinkage risk
• Performing complex analytical work to deliver insight and enable improvements in overall shrinkage performance
• Developing predictive models and dashboards to proactively identify high-risk stores, products, or time periods
• Providing actionable insights to store operations, supply chain and finance teams to reduce inventory inaccuracies
• Completing investigations into shrinkage trends to engage teams across the business on their unknown loss
• Utilizing analytical skills to ensure department uses a data-led approach to mitigate
