Technical Project Manager (Applications & Infrastructure)

Job Summary

Seeking an experienced Technical Project Manager to lead, deliver, and manage end-to-end IT projects across Application Development, Application Support, and Infrastructure Operations . The role requires strong technical depth, hands-on project governance, stakeholder management, and the ability to drive execution across cross-functional engineering teams.

Key Responsibilities

Project Management

Lead and manage full lifecycle of Application and Infrastructure projects.

Create project plans, timelines, sprint schedules, and delivery roadmaps.

Manage end-to-end execution : requirements, development, testing, deployment, and hypercare.

Track project KPIs, deliverables, risks, dependencies, and mitigation plans.

Technology & Delivery Oversight

Oversee Application Development , Application Support , and Infrastructure Modernization initiatives.

Coordinate with developers, architects, infra engineers, DevOps, and QA teams.

Ensure adherence to SDLC, Agile, and ITIL best practices.

Drive technical discussions, solution reviews, and architecture approvals.

Stakeholder & Vendor Management

Act as the primary interface between business, technical teams, and leadership.

Manage internal / external vendors, SOWs, SLAs, and performance governance.

Lead status meetings, steering committees, and executive reporting.

Operational Management

Ensure stability of applications & infrastructure through proactive monitoring.

Lead incident, change, and problem management processes.

Drive infra upgrades, server migrations, patching, cloud adoption, and optimization activities.
