We are looking for a passionate Product Manager who will be responsible for defining product vision, gathering customer requirements, prioritizing features, and working closely with cross-functional teams to deliver impactful products.
As a Product Manager at Antino Labs you will be the voice of the customer, the strategic link between
business, design and engineering, and the driver of product outcomes.
You will own product discovery, roadmap planning, go-to-market execution, adoption & growth metrics, and iterate continuously.
Youll partner closely with founders / COO, engineering leads, UX / design, sales & marketing, and delivery teams.
Key Responsibilities :
- Understand market trends, customer requirements, and business goals to build product roadmap.
- Define product features, user flows, and specifications (PRD, user stories).
- Work closely with engineering, design, QA, and business teams to deliver high-quality features.
- Conduct competitor analysis, user research, and product discovery to identify improvement areas.
- Prioritize product backlog based on value, impact, and feasibility.
- Track product performance using metrics such as adoption, retention, and ROI.
- Provide clear communication and product updates to stakeholders.
- Collaborate with Sales, Marketing & Customer Success to ensure effective product releases.
- Ensure timely delivery of product releases and handle iterative improvements based on feedback.
- Define product vision, strategy and roadmap for assigned product(s) in line with company objectives and
market opportunity.
Conduct market research, competitor analysis, user interviews, and stakeholder workshops to validateproduct hypotheses and identify customer pain-points.
Translate business & user needs into clear product requirements (PRDs / user stories) and acceptancecriteria.
Prioritise features & backlog in collaboration with engineering, design and operations, balancing shortterm needs and long-term strategic bets.
Work closely with UI / UX designers to craft intuitive user experiences and with engineering teams todeliver high-quality, scalable solutions.
Plan and execute product launches : coordinate cross-functional teams (marketing, sales, delivery,support), define go-to-market (GTM) strategy, success metrics, and post-launch tracking.
Define and monitor product performance (e.g., user adoption, retention, NPS, revenue, DAU / MAU) anddrive insights to optimize for growth, engagement and monetization.
Serve as the internal evangelist for the product : train sales and support teams, gather customerfeedback, define case-studies and use-cases.
Continuously iterate the product based on user feedback, analytics and evolving market trends.Manage stakeholder communications : provide regular updates on roadmap, product KPIs, risks, andopportunities to leadership.
Skills & Qualifications :
Bachelors degree in Engineering, Business, Computer Science, or related field (MBA is a plus but notmandatory).
2 to 5 years of product management experience (for early senior role) preferably in a technology productcompany, digital transformation firm or consulting environment.
Strong understanding of product lifecycle, SDLC, agile methodologies, and user-centered design.Experience working with tools like Jira, Figma, Trello, Google Analytics, Mixpanel (or similar).Ability to convert customer needs into actionable product requirements.Strong data-driven mindset with analytical and problem-solving skills.Strong experience in one or more of the domains Antino specialises in : FinTech, EV / Mobility, EdTech,Logistics / Delivery platforms, AI / ML-enabled products.
Proven track record of taking at least one product through full life-cycle : discovery ? launch ? growth.Excellent business acumen : ability to understand market dynamics, user personas, monetization models,and technical feasibility.
Comfortable working in fast-paced, ambiguous environments and driving cross-functional alignment.Strong analytical skills : able to use data (qualitative & quantitative) to inform decisions.Exceptional communication and collaboration skills : able to engage with leadership, engineering, design,clients and delivery teams.
Technical fluency : familiarity with software development lifecycle, APIs, cloud / DevOps basics,mobile / web platforms.
User-centric mindset : strong empathy for users, ability to articulate user stories, and advocate for bestin-class UX.
Preferred : experience working with agile / scrum teams, a product-led growth mindset, and comfort withboth B2B and B2C product models.
Preferred Experience :
Experience in [Add Domain : Exposure to user research, A / B testing, market analysis, or product analytics & Experience collaboratingwith UI / UX teams for feature design.
Nice-to-Have :
Experience building products in a services-led company (i.e., working with both internal & externalstakeholders / clients)
Prior exposure to working with AI / ML features, analytics dashboards, scalable platforms.Understanding of Indian market dynamics, regulatory / compliance aspects (especially in FinTech ormobility)
