About the Role
We are looking for a Founding Sales Leader who can build, own, and run the full sales cycle — from prospecting to closing — for our global IT asset management platform.
This is a foundational role where you will shape the GTM strategy, build the early pipeline, and drive revenue across global SMB and mid-market clients.
Candidates with prior experience in EOR, MSP, DaaS, or IT Asset Management are strongly preferred.
What You’ll Own
🏆 End-to-End Sales
- Build and manage the complete sales cycle :
- prospecting → qualification → demos → solutioning → negotiation → closing
- Run outbound + inbound motions with speed and discipline.
- Own individual quota in the first 12–18 months.
📈 Pipeline Building
Identify companies with globally distributed teams (50–500 employees).Build pipeline through email, LinkedIn, calls, events, and channel partners.Use data-driven approaches to prioritise accounts and tighten ICP fit.🤝 Customer Conversations
Lead product walkthroughs and value-based demos.Understand customer workflows across IT, Procurement, Ops, and HR.Position the product clearly to solve real operational pain points.💼 GTM Execution
Build early playbooks for outreach, objection handling, and deal closing.Work closely with founders on pricing, packaging, and positioning.Collaborate with operations to ensure smooth onboarding after deal win.🚀 Founding-Level Ownership
Help define revenue KPIs and early sales dashboards.Set up CRM workflows, sequences, and tracking.Contribute to hiring the first SDRs / AEs as we scale.Requirements
️ Must-Have3+ years of B2B sales experience (SaaS, EOR, MSP, ITAM, or tech services).Demonstrated ability to consistently exceed quota .Strong experience in closing deals with SMB & mid-market clients.Excellent communication and storytelling skills.Comfort working in a fast-paced, zero-to-one startup environment.✨ Preferred
Prior experience selling into IT, HR, Procurement, or Operations teams.Understanding of global hardware procurement, device management, or remote-team workflows.Experience in multi-country sales is a plus.Who You Are
