✅ Experience

Minimum 3 years of experience in Insurance Agency (Life / Health / Motor / General)

Must have a strong network of insurance agents, advisors, or partner connections

Should understand agency development, relationship building , and field dynamics

Mindset

Someone who hates corporate politics and outdated hierarchies

Someone who wants freedom, ownership, and a real mission

Someone who prefers targets over time, impact over attendance

Must be self-driven , not someone who needs daily monitoring

Skills

Ability to connect with agents , guide them, and help them grow

Strong communication and trust-building ability

Goal-focused, outcome-driven, and naturally entrepreneurial

Ability to plan, execute, and achieve targets with independence
