About the Role

We are looking for a Director - Product to lead our product strategy and execution in a fast-paced B2C startup environment. Leading a team of product managers and analysts , you will play a crucial role in defining the product roadmap, identifying new opportunities, and ensuring a seamless user journey. If you have a customer-first approach, a strong analytical mindset, and a passion for innovation , we’d love to hear from you!

Key Responsibilities

• Own all the key metrics and KPIs for multiple products
• Lead & mentor a team of product managers and analysts, ensuring their growth and success.
• Define and drive the long-term product roadmap and short-term sprints
• Identify & implement new features that improve customer experience and expand market reach.
• Leverage data & insights to make informed product decisions with a strong business sense.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with engineering, design, and business teams to deliver high-impact solutions.

Requirements

Location : This is a full-time, on-site role based in our Bellandur, Bangalore office, with a 5-day workweek.
