Job Summary :

Netoyed is seeking an experienced Microsoft Intune Specialist to design, deploy, and support cloud-based endpoint management solutions for our enterprise customers.

You will own the full Intune lifecyclefrom enrollment strategy through policy governanceensuring secure, zero-touch experiences across Windows, macOS, iOS, and Android devices.

Key Responsibilities :

Architect & Deploy :

Build and maintain Intune tenants, enrollment profiles, and RBAC structure.
Migrate or integrate legacy SCCM / GPO settings into modern management.

Security & Compliance :

Create and manage Compliance Policies, Conditional Access rules, and Endpoint Security baselines.

Coordinate with Security Operations to remediate device risks surfaced by Microsoft Defender.

Device Lifecycle Automation :

Implement Windows Autopilot, Apple Business Manager, and Android Enterprise enrollment.

Package and distribute applications via WinGet, VPP, and Managed Google Play.

Support & Troubleshooting :

Serve as L3 escalation for Intune incidents, ensuring SLA adherence.

Produce runbooks and train Service Desk on common remediation steps.

Documentation & Reporting :

Maintain up-to-date architecture diagrams, SOPs, and user guides.

Create dashboards for compliance posture, patch status, and licensing.

Required Qualifications :

5+ years enterprise endpoint-management experience, 3+ years hands-on with Microsoft Intune in production.

Deep knowledge of Windows 10 / 11, macOS, iOS / iPadOS, and Android management.

Proven deployment of Conditional Access, Compliance Policies, and Mobile Application Management (MAM).

Strong PowerShell skills and familiarity with Microsoft Graph.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Preferred :

MD-102 or equivalent Microsoft certification.

Experience with Terraform, GitHub Actions, or similar IaC / CI tools.

Exposure to Zero-Trust or ISO 27001 / SOC 2 compliance environments.
