We are hiring a Network Support Engineer.
Primary Responsibilities :
1. Provide Help Desk support and troubleshooting for end-users.
2. Manage and administer Microsoft 365, including user account management, license management, and troubleshooting.
3. Administer and manage Microsoft Azure services, including virtual machines, storage, and networking.
4. Oversee Microsoft Intune administration, including device management, application deployment, and security policies.
5. Perform network administration tasks, including maintaining network infrastructure, troubleshooting connectivity issues, and ensuring network security.
6. Collaborate with the US-based team to ensure seamless operations and support.
7. Work independently and proactively to address issues and improve system performance.
Required Skills and Qualifications :
1. Proven experience in a Help Desk or technical support role.
2. In-depth knowledge of Microsoft 365 administration.
3. Experience with Microsoft Azure administration.
4. Proficiency in Microsoft Intune administration.
5. Strong network administration skills, including knowledge of network protocols, routers, switches, and firewalls.
6. Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
7. Ability to work both independently and collaboratively as part of a remote team.
8. Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
