Description : About the Role :

We are seeking a skilled Network Support Engineer to monitor, maintain, and support our LAN / WAN, Wi-Fi, and VPN infrastructure. The ideal candidate will ensure smooth network operations, promptly troubleshoot issues, and escalate complex problems to Level 2 support when necessary.

Key Responsibilities :

• Proactively monitor network devices including routers, switches, firewalls, and Wi-Fi access points.
• Troubleshoot LAN / WAN, VPN, and connectivity issues to ensure minimal downtime.
• Configure VLANs, ports, IP addresses, and related network settings.
• Maintain and update network diagrams, asset inventories, and documentation.
• Support implementation of network changes and upgrades in coordination with the IT team.
• Escalate unresolved issues to L2 / L3 teams while ensuring proper handover and documentation.
