Job Title : Creative Strategist / Influencer Support
Location : Remote (Anywhere in India only)
Shift : 09 : 00pm - 06 : 00am IST (Night shift)
Role Overview :
We are seeking a dynamic Creative Strategist / Influencer Support specialist to drive ad inspiration, content organization, and influencer pipeline efforts. You will empower strategists and influencer managers with daily creative intelligence, high-performing ad archives, and qualified creators, enabling our teams to focus on strategy and innovation.
Responsibilities :
Creative Research & Inspiration Sourcing-
- Pull daily fresh creative inspiration from Foreplay and Kalodata.
- Identify and analyze top competitor ads; provide transcribed scripts for approved videos.
- Build curated ad inspiration collections to inform strategic decisions.
- Outcome : Strategists start with actionable, high-signal creative intelligence.
Creative Library & Winners Archive-
Build and maintain client-specific Winners Libraries (top performing ads).Manage SSL-wide Winning Creative Library across clients.Tag ads by format, angle, persona, and hook style for easy access and analysis.Outcome : A centralized, updated creative knowledge base for all teams.Content Sprint Build-Out Support-
Update content sprint decks weekly with new ad inspiration and recent performance data from Motion.Organize strategist-provided scripts, briefs, and references inside decks.Prepare weekly client performance review decks with motion screenshots.Outcome : Strategists focus on concepts, not asset collection or deck formatting.Influencer Sourcing Support-
Discover new influencers on Instagram and TikTok daily.Conduct light vetting of creators (content quality, engagement, brand fit).Tag influencers by UGC style, storytelling ability, and whitelisting potential.Maintain a daily updated influencer pipeline for the Influencer Manager.Outcome : The Influencer Manager always has a ready and qualified creator pipeline.Out-of-Scope Tasks-
Excludes developing shot lists, script writing, concepting, editing / design, platform uploads, outreach / negotiation with influencers, and client communication.Qualifications :
Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, advertising, media, or equivalent experience.2+ years of experience in a creative strategy, social media, marketing, or influencer support role is preferred.Experience with ad research tools (e.g., Foreplay, Kalodata, Motion) and social ad platforms.Strong analytical skills in creative performance analysis and competitor monitoring.Familiarity with influencer discovery and UGC creator vetting.Skills :
Excellent organizational and communication abilities.Fast learner, highly detail-oriented, proactive in spotting trends.Capable of tagging, organizing, and maintaining creative / ad libraries and influencer pipelines.Comfortable working independently and collaborating across teams.Company Culture & Benefits :
