Design and implement real-time data processing pipelines using Apache Kafka. Build and integrate microservices that consume, process, and publish streaming data. Optimize application performance, scalability, and reliability. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into technical solutions. Implement best practices for code quality, testing, and deployment. Troubleshoot and resolve production issues related to Kafka consumers / producers and backend services. Participate in design reviews, code reviews, and architecture discussions. Experience with cloud platforms (AWS / GCP / Azure). Exposure to Kafka Streams, ksqlDB, or other stream-processing tools. Knowledge of monitoring and logging tools (Prometheus, Grafana, ELK, etc.). Understanding of distributed systems and high-throughput 5+ Years
Description : Summary :
We are looking for an experienced Java Engineer with strong expertise in Spring Boot and hands-on experience working with real-time data processing using Kafka. The ideal candidate will be responsible for building high-performance, scalable, and resilient backend services that handle streaming data in real time.
Essential Skills :
- 5+ years of hands-on experience in Java backend development.
- Strong proficiency in Spring Boot, REST APIs, and microservices architecture.
- Solid experience with Apache Kafka for real-time / streaming data processing.
- Understanding of Kafka topics, partitions, consumer groups, offsets, and event-driven design.
- Experience working with relational and / or NoSQL databases.
- Knowledge of CI / CD pipelines, version control (Git), and containerization (Docker).
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
