Role and Responsibilities

As a Growth Intern, you'll be part of the Business Development & Outreach Team.

Your role will include :

1 Engaging with students and parents to explain Growtopper's mentorship programs

2 Conducting counselling and orientation calls under senior mentors

3 Supporting lead generation and student onboarding processes

4 Maintaining accurate lead data and follow-up reports

5 Assisting in outreach campaigns, events, and marketing initiatives

6 Meeting weekly and monthly growth targets

7 Collaborating with mentorship, content, and operations teams to ensure student satisfaction

Qualifications : -

Strong analytical and market research skills

Excellent communication & relationship-building abilities

Experience or interest in business growth, counselling, or education

Proactive mindset and ability to work independently (remote-friendly)

A background in education, leadership development, or psychology is a plus
