Job Description :

Pratt & Whitney is seeking a Senior Data Science & Analytics Engineer to join our Data Science, Analytics & Methods team at the Pratt & Whitney India Engineering Center (IEC) in Bengaluru, India. The role involves collaboration with multi-disciplinary organizations, including system-level, module-level, and component-level teams, across the product life cycle.

The primary focus of this role is to leverage Large Language Models (LLMs) for developing and enhancing knowledge management chatbots and LLM agents . These will advance engineering processes by driving automation and process improvements.

Key Responsibilities :

• Collaborate with engineering organization leads to identify opportunities for leveraging data science and analytics to enhance operations.
• Use LLMs and cloud technologies to develop, deploy, and improve processes related to data retrieval, process automation, and process optimization.
• Define, prototype, test / validate, deploy, and monitor large language models (LLMs) and LLM agents to support engineering applications and drive process improvements.
• Recommend and implement appropriate DevOps pipelines, cloud technologies, and software solutions to support scalable and efficient deployments.
• Prepare and maintain comprehensive documentation for machine learning models, LLMs, and associated tools.
• Collaborate with other teams and stakeholders to identify and implement continuous improvement initiatives.
• Take ownership of assigned project milestones, ensuring adherence to schedules and quality standards.
• Provide guidance to less-experienced professionals and act as a resource for technical expertise where needed.
