Director of Finance | Early-Stage AI SaaS Portfolio Company

One of our early-stage AI SaaS portfolio is looking for a Director of Finance to join the business and help the Founder scale the finance function.

Responsibilities

• Own and execute all financial operations like payroll processing, vendor payouts and collections(accounts receivables).
• Oversee and ensure adherence to all statutory compliance requirements
• Develop and maintain financial models to support the company's strategic planning
• Manage the budgeting and forecasting process
• Oversee the company's internal controls, cash management and audit processes
• Manage relationships with external stakeholders , including investors, banks, and auditors.
• Support fundraising efforts
