Generative AI Engineer (2+ Years Agentic AI Experience)

Phinite.ai is transforming how enterprises design, deploy, and scale AI Agentic applications. We're looking for a Generative AI Engineer who has already built and deployed real Agentic AI systems and wants to push the boundaries of multi-agent workflows.

What You’ll Work On You will design, prototype, and deploy production-grade agentic systems for Fortune 1000 enterprises across telecom, logistics, healthcare, insurance, hospitality, and more. This is a core engineering role that blends LLM engineering, system design, and backend integration.

Required Experience You must have 2+ years of hands-on experience in :

Agentic AI & Generative AI Agentic frameworks : LangGraph, CrewAI , Autogen, or similar

Multi-agent workflow design & tool-use orchestration

RAG pipelines :

Vector DBs (Pinecone, Qdrant, Milvus, Weaviate, etc.)

Retrieval optimization, evaluation, chunking strategies

Prompt engineering :

System prompts, tool invocation prompts, multi-agent instructions

Accuracy, reasoning control, hallucination prevention

Software Engineering & Backend Integrations Strong Python engineering capabilities

Ability to design modular backend logic to connect agents with :

REST / GraphQL APIs

Webhooks

Internal enterprise APIs

External service integrations

Hands-on experience building API wrappers, connectors, adapters for LLM tools

Experience integrating with :

Databases (Postgres, MongoDB, DynamoDB, etc.)

Vector stores

Custom data pipelines

Understanding of authentication, security, and API rate-limits

Experience deploying production microservices using Docker / cloud platforms

Production Experience Must have deployed production AI systems , not only POCs

Comfortable working with CI / CD, containerization, monitoring

Ability to optimize agent workflows for latency, stability, and cost

Bonus Skills Knowledge of Golang (big plus for future backend modules)

LLMOps and observability for multi-agent systems

Experience with enterprise integrations (CRM, telecom systems, healthcare APIs)

Support customer POCs and production deployments

Contribute to Phinite.ai’s AI agent orchestration core
