We need experienced Senior Freelance Recruiters for our Executive Search division, on WFH mode. We offer attractive success-based fee. We also provide all professional tools including Naukri access.

Role :

Source right candidates as per the Job Description and salary budget of the Client Company

Use all available sourcing channels including LinkedIn, Job portals, social media campaign, Industry mapping and headhunting industry-relevant profiles

Evaluate the candidates’ suitability by conducting interviews and reference check

Maintain Recruitment Tracker and publish periodic recruitment analysis

Coordinate the interview of the Candidate with the Client Companies.

Coordinate with the final selected candidates to obtain the documents required by the Client Company.

Handhold selected candidates till they join the client company

Requirements :

Minimum -8- years' experience in recruitment of Middle and Senior profiles

Good understanding of Business & Functional requirements and ability to screen candidates on required skills.

Preferably a MBA

Good communication skills
