Functional Associate

Join us as a Functional Associate in our Customer Service team in Goa. You will handle customer queries on the products, analyze and resolve functional issues, provide configuration support, and ensure a high-quality customer experience. You will act as a bridge between customers, product, and technical teams.

What You'll Achieve

We are looking for a Functional Associate who will play a vital role in ensuring customer success, fostering strong relationships, and driving growth for both the company and its customers.

You Will

• Being the main point of contact between the company and a number of named accounts.
• Managing the Ginesys ERP-OMS clients
• Ensuring smooth operations and client satisfaction.
• Gauge customers' levels of engagement with the company and provide feedback to the other teams regarding product and service improvements.
• Handle and resolve client issues and escalations promptly.
• Provide insights to customers to ensure that they get the most out of the platform, with the aim of helping grow our customer base.
