About the Role

Dock Consulting is seeking Political Campaign Associates who can support end-to-end execution of political campaigns across Tamil Nadu.

This role is ideal for individuals who understand grassroots dynamics, enjoy field activities, and can contribute to strategy through real-time insights and coordination.

You will work directly with field teams, campaign managers, and strategy teams to ensure smooth execution of on-ground operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate and support daily campaign activities across assigned districts
• Collect ground-level information, voter sentiment, and issue-based feedback
• Engage with local communities, volunteers, and booth-level workers
• Assist in implementing outreach programs, surveys, events, and mobilization drives
• Report field insights, challenges, and weekly updates to the core team
• Ensure timely execution of campaign tasks as guided by state leadership
• Travel extensively within Tamil Nadu for field visits and monitoring
