Performance Marketing Expert

We are looking for a Performance Marketing Expert specializing in Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram) and Google to lead and execute paid marketing campaigns that drive sales and brand awareness. The ideal candidate will have a strong analytical mindset, a deep understanding of consumer behavior, and hands-on experience in scaling D2C brands through paid media.

Key Responsibilities :

Plan, execute, and optimize paid campaigns on Meta platforms (Facebook & Instagram) to drive conversions and ROAS.

Develop ad strategies, audience segmentation, and retargeting to maximize ROI.

Conduct A / B testing on creatives, copy, and audience targeting to improve campaign performance.

Monitor key performance metrics ( CTR, CPC, ROAS, CAC, LTV ) and provide data-driven insights.

Work closely with the creative team to develop high-performing ad creatives.

Stay updated with Meta’s latest ad policies, tools, and algorithm changes.

Manage ad budgets effectively to ensure profitability and growth.

Collaborate with the growth, content, and product teams to align marketing efforts.

Requirements :

3+ years of hands-on experience in Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram) for D2C brands.

Proven track record of managing and scaling high-budget ad campaigns .

Strong analytical skills with expertise in Meta Ads Manager & Google Analytics .

Deep understanding of audience targeting, pixel tracking, and conversion optimization .

Experience in Home Decor, or luxury brands is a plus.

Ability to create compelling ad copies and guide the creative team on best practices.
