Deputy Cluster Head

Job Responsibilities :

Leadership and Management :

• Assisting the Cluster Head in leading and motivating branch managers and teams to achieve performance goals.

Strategic Planning :

• Contributing to the development and execution of strategic plans to achieve business objectives and growth targets.

Operational Oversight :

• Overseeing and coordinating the activities of branch managers and teams, ensuring smooth operations and compliance with company policies.

Performance Monitoring :

• Monitoring the financial performance and budgets of the cluster, identifying areas for improvement and growth.

Customer Relations :

• Maintaining strong relationships with clients and ensuring their needs are met.

Compliance and Regulatory Requirements :

• Ensuring adherence to company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.

Talent Management :

• Identifying and hiring frontline sales teams as per the allocated manpower budget.

Sales and Profitability :

• Ensuring the sales and profitability targets are met by the team.

Distribution Channel Development :

• Working with the frontline to establish, grow, and strengthen the distribution arm.

Cross-Functional Collaboration :

• Working with various teams such as Credit, Operations, and Legal to execute day-to-day transactions.
